Changes: Re-scheduling or cancellations of appointments to be made

at least 48 hours before planned day. (A charge of £150

each hourly session booked is incurred for failure to do so).

 

Extra Time: You may email or call me between scheduled sessions if you

require urgent advice; have a problem or want to share a

success with me.

 

Confidentiality: Mr Youngman recognises that anything the client shares during sessions is regarded confidential, whether it is business or

personal. Mr Youngman undertakes not to, at any time either

directly or indirectly use or disclose any information the client shares with them during their sessions. Unless otherwise agreed as a testimonial.

 

The most important element of this package is that when you work this process, failure is not an option. It is your responsibility for the outcome you would like to achieve. What you put into it, is exactly what you will get out of it.
